Adults
There are many opportunities at Peace for adults. Whether you're looking for a group for women, a group for men, or a chance to fellowship with other seniors, there is an opportunity for you. Check out the following!
Scott County Historical Society
When was the last time you had a history lesson about funerals and underwear all at the same time? Well, here's your chance!
On Wednesday, February 1, join other Peace adults on a trip to the Scott County Historical Museum in Shakopee. Their current exhibits include: "Under Where? Unmentionables Exposed" and "Marking Time: The Rituals of Life & Death." Our group will be given a guided tour of these two exhibits, as well as the Stans House, the home of a well-known Shakopee family, which is restored to it's original early-1900's furnishings.
Meet at Peace at 9:30 a.m. The tour begins at 10am. We'll eat lunch at Dangerfields around noon and return to Peace before 2 p.m. Tickets are $4 for the museum, payable the day of the trip. Sign up at the information desk. Direct questions to Denise Thoen at 953-942-5936.

Princess Diana exhibit
On Wednesday, April 11, join other Peace members as we head to the Mall of America to tour Diana, A Celebration. This is an award-winning exhibition that chronicles the life and work of Diana, Princess of Wales. On loan from Althorp Estate, the Spencer family’s 500-year-old ancestral home in England, the exhibition contains 150 objects, ranging from Princess Diana’s royal wedding gown and 28 of her designer dresses to family heirlooms, personal mementoes, paintings, 2 diamond tiaras and other priceless family jewels, and rare home movies and photos. We will meet at Peace at noon, tour the exhibit, and come back mid-afternoon. Tickets are 17.50 plus tax. Sign-up at the information desk.
